REIKI 1 FOR CHILDREN IN SANTA MONICA  Saturday, April 25 As adults, we are constantly searching for ways to reduce our stress levels & find balance in our lives. We are spending a lot of time, energy and money on healing our relationships and bodies. Most of my clients complain about being overwhelmed, financially stressed out and have physical issues which are mainly stress induced.  What if at a young age you were taught simple tools to: calm yourself down breath deep to find relaxation be present with you emotions use your hands for healing yourself?   How do you think that would have effected your life now? Reiki for Children in LA "WUV WUV WUV"

I have always been a big advocate for teaching Reiki to kids and now even more so that I am a mother.
Children have this natural ability to tap right into the LOVE! And learning reiki keeps this with them there whole life. I have been starting early with my almost 2 year old son Aspen. I feel he gives me reiki all the time with his loving kisses and snuggles. Recently, I have been teaching him his first hands on healing lesson. when we get a Owwee, we put our hands over the Owwee and say "LOVE LOVE LOVE." And just this morning he got it. Aspen saw a little cut on my finger and he said "LOVE LOVE LOVE" well actually it was more like "WUV WUV WUV".
My intention is to share the power of healing with more children. How would your life have been if from a young age you were given the tools for self healing and peace? If you would like to share this gift with your child or send this invite to another family, PLEASE do!!

More about why Reiki for KIDS is AWESOME! It is said that Children are even better attuned to reiki than adults. They haven't developed a sense of ego and judgments that has shaped us as adults. They are innocent and pure love . They are able to be more present with the healing because they have no attachments to the results. Reiki is a powerful tool for a child because they can learn at a young age how to adopt the practices of unconditional love. Attuning a child to reiki will allow them to keep these powers with them their whole life! Giving children the tools to love themselves and have compassion for others & giving them ways to deal with life from the filter of reiki love is my intention! Attuning a child to Reiki is gifting the world with self aware and empowered loved based magical beings!!

Sun Kisses, Moon Hugs The location for Reiki 1 for Children will be held at the home of Susan Schaefer Bernardo, a children's book author and Reiki  practitioner.   Each child that participates in the reiki training will receive a signed copy of Sun Kisses, Moon Hugs - a lyrical picture book, beautifully illustrated by Courtenay Fletcher, that embodies the principles of reiki and reassures children that powerful love is all around them.  (Additional copies can be purchased at the event for $17.95 plus tax).  Susan has recently released a second book - a magical collaboration with LeVar Burton of Reading Rainbow titled The Rhino Who Swallowed a Storm, which is designed to help children on a journey toward emotional healing after a traumatic event.

This is a Fabulous Kids Camp!!! I'll be sharing some REIKI FUN with the children!

This Summer, Yoga and Art Camp at the reDiscover Center will create a space of imagination, playfulness, learning, and being. Activities including yoga, dance, art, and story-telling will place value on experience. Time will be given to explore and feel, encouraging children to enter their inner world through sensation, story, and symbol. Tools will be practiced through yoga to strengthen foundations of health, well-being, and confidence. Children will engage with each other and the world through creativity, noticing, wonder, and love.

Reiki Children's Video from this weekend!

This Weekend's class was AMAZING!!!!!

We had a great time learning about chakras and energy! The Children were so eager and approached everything in a Fun way.
Although they can be so full of energy, when they were channeling reiki and receiving their Reiki Attunements they were quiet open Angels.
